Cara Program Pabx Vitaphone TC-108
1. FREQUENT OPERATION
Make external call : direct extension number ( if has been assigned IP code system will add IPcode automatically)
Call transferred : dial extension number directly ( default is 801 to 808 )
Make internal call : press * first then dial extension number
Make external call by code ( code dialling ): press*01 first then dial code of external number ( code is start from 01 to 99 )

3.Product structure,installation and connection
3.1 there are having two holes in the plastic shell bottom for wall mount.You can learn machine live time work state by power LED under speaker grille.When machine works normally when machine is at await mode.If power LED is keep lighting or lightless that indicates machine has fault,please disconnect power to check.
3.2 Please install this machine in the place where is dry,ventilated,and steady,keep away from thermal and magnetic interfere
3.3 there is has one LINE port for connect with external line.have eight extension ports for connect with extension lines.it is workable as soon as electrified.keep away from AC power source when install the telephone cable,Please ensure connection at well conditions.Otherwise would occurs noise or communicate interupt.
4.OPERATING
4.1 make external call
4.1.1 make external call directly : lift up handset,dial external call number directly when hear dial tone
4.1.2 Assistant dialling
format : #*ABC ( ABC = extension number default number is 801 to 808 )
Description : assistant can initiate an external call.then transfer it to manager.
Example : suppose manager extension number is 801.assistant extension is 802.manager ask assistant help to dial external call 86692066.
operating : When assitant is get external line 86692066,she input #* 801 the call will be transfered to manager,external calles is at music on holding mode,manager extension 801 will ring.he lifts up handset can build communicate with external callee.
4.1.3 Make external call by code ( code dialling )
Deascription : Allows authorized user store often use external call number to main system ( maximum of 99 pieces numbers can be stored,and maximum number length is 24 digits ) therefore user can make external call speedy by just input *01 MN # ( MN =code of corresponding CO LINE number that has been pre-store ) this way can highly increase work efficiency.
4.1.3.1 Assign corresponding code of external number
format : *09 MN ABCD # ( MN=code =01-99 ABCD= external number ( less 24 digits )
Example : extension 803 wants to assign code 23 is corresponding with external number 008675786692066.
Operating : 1) lifts up extension 803 after hear internal dial tone
2) input *09 23 008675786692066 #
3) music is heard indicates storage has succeed.
4.1.3.2 How to make external call by code
format : *01 MN # ( MN = code = 01-99 )
Example : extension 803 wants tocall external number 008675786692066 that is corresponding code 23.
Operating : 1) lifts up extension 803 after hear dial tone
2) input *01 23 #
4.1.3.3 Cancel certain code
format : *09 MN # (MN=code=01-99 )
Example : extension 803 was to cancel code 23 that is corresponding with external number 008675786692066.
Operating : 1) Lifts up extension 803,after hear internal dial tone.
2) Input *0923 #
3) The corresponding external number 008675786692066 will be cancel after that
4.1.4 Make internal call
format : *ABC ( ABC=extension number )
decription : Allows extension to make free charge internal call between each other,because extension will priority enter external line as soon as user lifts up handset,therefore,user must dial * first to get internal dial tone then input extension number when is making internal communicate,system will send beep tone to indicated extension when there is has external call comes,at this time,extension finish internal call and hang up extension will ring,lifts up handset can get external call this feature can make you do not lose important call.
4.2 Answer External Call
4.2.1 Answer external call by ringing extension
when at operator attendant mode,the pre-set ringing extension will ring when there is has external call is comes,lifts up ringing extension can answer it.when at auto attendant mode,extension will nor ring until external caller dial his desired extension number after hear out going message OGM.
4.2.2 Answer External by non ring extension
when there is has external call comes are when call is transfered,also allows lifts any non ring extension directly to answer external call.
4.2.3 Tranfer External call to another extension
format : ABC=desired extension number
description : Allows an extension to transfer a received internal call to another extension.have three different cases when extension A is transfers an external call to extension B.
1.extension A does not hang up,extension B does not lifts handset Ext A is listen ringing, B is ringing.external caller is put on hold with music, Ext. A will be reconnected to external caller if Ext.B does not answer the external call within 30 seconds.
2.extension A does not hang up, extension B lifts handset. Communication between A and B is established. the external caller is put on hold with music,whoever hangs up ( A or B )the system will transfer the external can to the other.
3.extension A is hangs up after transfer external call to extension B.Ext. B is ringing external caller is put on hold with music extension B lifts handset can establish communicated with external caller if ext.B does not answer within 30 seconds extension A will ring , lifts handset can talk with external caller or make call transfered if ext.A does not answer within 30 seconds,the external call will be released.
4.2.4 Party conference ( between 2 extension and 1 CO line )
format : press any key for 2 seconds
description : Allows an extension on an external call to add another extension for a 3 parties conference call.
Operating : Extension A is transfer an external call to ext.B ,when extension A is talking with extension B,extenal caller is put on hold with music whoever ( A or B) press any key for 2 seconds will add external call to establish 3 parties conference.
Function Program
Attentions :
1.system programming can only be performance by extension 801 ( port 1 )
2.extension telephone must be at DTMF mode
3.after programming a system setting along confirmation tone is send indicated that the system setting has been succesful. A series of short BEEP tone is send indicates that the system setting was unsuccesful.please check or reset the unit.
5.1 Attendant Mode Assignment
5.1.1 Operator Attendant
format : *# 2100
description : all extension will ring when has external call on Co line pick up ringing extension can answer the call directly.the extension has been assigned Do Not Disturbed function will not ring when has external call comes.at default mode,extension 801 to 808 will ring at the same time,if neccesary,you can do not disturbed function to make certain extension (s) will not ring.
5.1.2 Auto -Attendant
format : *# 2000 ( this feature is only for model TC-104 / 106 C/108 C )
